As a public charity, the Program has a Board of Directors with ultimate authority over all aspects of the Program, including the right to approve grant recommendations and investment allocations.

James S. Riepe - Director and Chairman

James Riepe is senior advisor and retired vice chairman of the Board of Directors of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. Until his retirement after nearly 25 years of service, he was responsible for overseeing the firm's global mutual fund and institutional investment activities and served as chairman of the T. Rowe Price Mutual Funds. In addition, he currently serves on the boards of Genworth Financial, Inc., LPL Financial Holdings, Inc., UTI Asset Management Company (India), and previously served as chairman of the Investment Company Institute, the national trade association for the mutual fund industry.

He serves on several philanthropic boards, including the University of Pennsylvania (former chairman), The Baltimore Museum of Art (former chairman), and The United States Ski and Snowboard Foundation.

George L. Bunting - Director

George Bunting is president and CEO of Bunting Management Group. He formerly served as chairman of the board and CEO of the Noxell Corporation (a Procter & Gamble Company as of November 1989). He is a director of Mercantile Bankshares Corporation and Baltimore Equitable Insurance.

He serves on several philanthropic boards, including Johns Hopkins University, of which he is past vice chairman; Johns Hopkins Medicine, of which is past chairman; the Maryland Institute, College of Art; and the Institute for Christian and Jewish Studies.

Juliet A. Eurich - Director

Juliet Eurich is the former Executive Director of the Alvin and Fanny B. Thalheimer Foundation in Baltimore, Maryland, serving in that leadership role for over a decade. She received her Juris Doctorate from Boston College Law School and practiced law in the Baltimore-Washington area from 1977 until 2004. Ms. Eurich worked at the Department of Justice for 17 years serving as the Chief of the Civil Division in the Baltimore U.S. Attorney's Office and as Legal Counsel to all the U.S. Attorneys Offices, in Washington, DC.

She serves on several nonprofit and philanthropic boards, including Baltimore Center Stage, The Alvin and Fanny B. Thalheimer Foundation, and the France-Merrick Foundation.

Juliet Eurich:Charitable Program Leadership

John Brothers - President

John Brothers currently serves as the President of the T. Rowe Price Foundation and President of the Program for Charitable Giving. Dr. Brothers comes to T. Rowe Price from Quidoo Consulting, an international consulting firm he started and led for over a decade. At Quidoo, Dr. Brothers was responsible for growing the firm and working with over 400 clients in twelve countries throughout the globe.

Dr. Brothers has a Doctorate in Law and Policy from Northeastern University, an MPA in Nonprofit Management from New York University and an MBA in Public Policy from American Public University from which he started at Columbia. He has taken additional studies at Georgetown University and the London School of Economics. He served as an adjunct professor at Rutgers University and New York University and recently served as a Visiting Scholar at the Hauser Center at Harvard University. He is currently serving as an International Advisor to CO3, an intermediary organization serving Northern Ireland.

Erica Sarodia - Director

Erica has more than 10 years of experience in fundraising, grant-writing and nonprofit management. She holds a Masters of Nonprofit Management from Notre Dame of Maryland University and has served as both a Peace Corps Volunteer in Tanzania and an AmeriCorps VISTA Leader in Baltimore, Maryland.

Anne Knoeller - Donor Relations Administrator

Anne comes to the Program from the Baltimore Community Foundation where she was the grants and scholarships administrator. She managed the entire donor-advised grant process as well as the scholarship program. She has 18 years of experience with nonprofits.
